Who says Work can't be Fun?

We are very fortunate to have an amazing trained and skilled group of Team Members, who turn even the busiest days into an enjoyable and fun experience.

Vanessa — Treatment Coordinator

Vanessa joined us after close to 20 years of General Dental Assisting, mostly in the area of Bentleigh which she loves.

Her extensive and rewarding career included a variety of roles such as chairside assisting, treatment coordination and practice management.

Vanessa will accompany you as you are introduced to our clinic and will explain the process of treatment and what it involved. She will also help you structure your payment plan most conveniently, and in a way that would best suit your individual needs. You will find her compassionate and professional so do not hesitate to discuss any of your Orthodontic concerns with her.

As a mother herself to two adolescence, she helps parents and children go through the initial process of treatment with a kind and compassionate manner.

I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy living an active life, listening to music (when I get the chance....) traveling and being outdoors. Its great to work with Dr Tepper-Adler and to get to see how patients' teeth move and form big new smiles every day.

Allison—  Dental Assistant

IMG_8665.jpgAllie has recently joined Centre Orthodontics after completing her certificate in Dental Assisting.
She enjoys seeing patients happy and relaxed after their appointment. Her friendly and professional manner, along with the eagerness to master all aspects of Orthodontics assisting, make her such a valuable asset to our team.

‘Outside work I enjoy taking the dog for walks along the beach, socialising with friends, good food and a passion for travel.’

Kerrie — Dental Assistant  and Schedule Coordinator

IMG_8700.jpgKerrie joined us first as a front desk schedule coordinator. Her background in Event Management and Hospitality comes in very useful when it comes to assisting Dr Tepper Adler in running her busy schedule. Soon she got involved in all aspects of the practice and has recently graduated the Dental Assisting course at RMIT.

Outside work, I just love cooking, Yoga, traveling and socializing with friends and family.

Katrina — Dental Assistant Trainee

katrina_resized.jpgKat first joined us as a trainee in 2016 after over a year of General Dental Assisting. She finds the fast pace of Orthodontics fun and exciting. Her bubbly personality and infectious smile makes even the anxious children very relaxed and positive.

She has recently graduated her course in Dental Assisting at RMIT and handles both front desk and chairside tasks with a continuous and radiant smile!

Claire — Dental Therapist

We are extremely fortunate to have Claire, our vibrant and highly skilled Dental Therapist, assisting Dr. Tepper-Adler at the surgery, and contributing to making your teeth look great. As a Dental Therapist, Claire has had specialised training in treating the teeth of children and adults. With experience in performing local anesthesia, extraction, restorations, cleaning and the taking of radiographs she brings a wealth of experience to our practice.

I love the way Orthodontics combines health, wellbeing and beauty. I see how we change people's lives and feel very privileged to be part of that journey.

Lucy — Dental Therapist

Lucy has recently completed her degree of Bachelor of Oral Health and is our newest Oral Therapist joining our team in 2018. She was the recipient of many prizes and awards with remarkable academic achievements. During her training she had the opportunity to deliver dental care to underprivileged children in Cambodia.
Having an extensive background as a Certified Dental Assistant prior to becoming a therapist helped her enter her new role with ease

Daniel — Practice Manager

danielAlthough most of the time behind the scenes, Daniel finds time in addition to his research and practice in optometry, to help run the clinic smoothly and efficiently. He is always happy to resolve any unattended issues, but is usually being asked by parents’ questions regarding his area of expertise: children's vision.
